Unique and unspoilt, Anna Maria Island, with its seven-mile stretch of white sands, traditional clapper-board houses and friendly people, is truly once visited, never forgotten. It’s easy laidback lifestyle makes it perfect for a romantic getaway or family holiday.
There’s so much to enjoy from glorious beaches where you can watch an abundance of wildlife, including playful dolphins, to activities such as golfing, fishing from the piers, tennis, boules and water sports. Cycle or take advantage of free trolley buses to visit markets, craft shops and boutiques scattered round the island. And, when it comes to food, there really is something for everyone from casual beach bars and bistros to exclusive restaurants serving candlelit dinners.

A nature lover’s paradise, you can sit on the deck of our lovely wooden Beach House – which is situated right on the sand – and watch the dolphins play. Or perhaps you’d prefer one of our restored, secluded cottages? Just off the beach, the three cottages are set in a tropical garden and benefit from a heated pool with waterfall. They’re available to rent individually or together, providing perfect accommodation for individuals, couples or family groups.
Finally, we have an additional cottage situated in a quiet street just a few minutes stroll from the beach. Built up on stilts, it has the benefit of a private raised deck area – perfect for relaxing whilst enjoying beautiful sunshine. All our properties are restored and furnished sympathetically to retain their character and charm and are fully equipped with everything we hope you could wish for to enjoy a perfect holiday.

Ahoy, food lovers and island adventurers! When embarking on a vacation to the breathtaking Anna Maria Island, in addition to the pristine beaches and clear waters, the delectable dining spots scattered across the island deserve a standing ovation, too! Imagine enjoying a gourmet meal after a fun-filled day of snorkeling – you can’t get much better than that!

We have a lot of families that twin center holiday between Orlando and Anna Maria Island. A great way to spend your holiday time is to visit Orlando attractions then come to Anna Maria Island and get your rest and relaxation time to recharge for your return trip to home. A quick trip away from Anna Maria Island to take in the sights and sounds of Florida.

Beach towels are provided
The grill is fuelled by charcoal
There is off-road parking for up to 3 cars (depending on size) and parking on the road is strictly prohibited (the City of Holmes Beach will issue fines for vehicles parked incorrectly).
If hiring a golf cart we recommend a gas one as there isn’t easy access to a charging point, and you can get to more places.
We do not provide beach equipment however anything that has been left by previous guests is stored in the cupboard for future guests to use
You will need to provide your own supply of household items (such as washing up liquid, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet tissue etc) as we only provide enough for the first day or so of your stay
On arrival you will find a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a few packets of crisps to enjoy with our compliments however we no longer provide tea, coffee, sugar etc. We will however leave any unopened food items which have been left by previous guests for the next guests to use
For safety reasons we are not able to provide any baby equipment. However there are numerous places on the island where such items car be hired

- The above prices are for guidance only
- For an accurate price please go to the relevant booking section and add your dates to check availability on your chosen property or for all available rentals.
- For USA properties only, Sales & Resort taxes (currently totalling 13%) will need to be added to the above prices
- There is a minimum rental period of 4 nights – 7 nights at The Beach House and Seabreeze
- A surcharge will be applied for rentals of less than 6 nights
- The security/damage deposit is required in addition to any rental monies
- Additional charges may apply if sofa-beds (where applicable) are required
Payment terms
- The security/damage deposit will be charged immediately to secure a booking
- The full rental monies will be charged automatically 12 weeks before arrival date or immediately if there is less than 12 weeks
- The security/damage deposit is refundable on confirmation from the manager that everything is ok with the property and the key has been returned to the key safe
