Wonderful property right on the beach offering stunning views of the ocean – sleeps up to 6.

The Beach House is situated on one of the quietest areas of the beautiful white sandy beach. Why not sit on the veranda with a glass of chilled wine and watch the dolphins play in the shallows, the pelicans dive and the ibis run.

The property is very well furnished and equipped with everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. There are three bedrooms, all of which are a good size, as follows:

Bed 1 (with en-suite shower room) with King bed

Bed 2 with twin beds (the beds can be joined to make a King bed if preferred)

Bed 3 with twin beds (the beds can be joined to make a King bed if preferred)

If you would like any of the alternative options for the beds, this must be requested at the time of booking.

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.  The sitting room has a large and comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep up to 2 people (if you would like to use the sofa-bed, you will need to request bedding at the time of booking).  There is off street parking for up to 3 cars at the property..

You will find numerous restaurants, ranging from rustic beach bars to fine restaurants with international acclaim, within walking distance and the free trolley bus is the perfect way to travel if you want to explore further afield on the island.

VRC16-000189 – Local City ordinance regulations require a minimum stay of 7 nights.  The Beach House is situated in a residential area therefore, to ensure the neighbours are not deprived of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property, we ask you to be a considerate by keeping noise to a respectful level at all times.
