Starfish Cottage
Starfish Cottage is the largest of a cluster of 3 properties surrounding a free form pool with waterfall – sleeps up to 4.
Starfish Cottage is situated towards the top end of Anna Maria Island. The property is extremely well furnished and equipped with everything we hope you could need to enjoy your holiday. The master bedroom has a king bed which can be separated into make twins, and benefits from an en-suite shower room and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.
Outside in the tropically landscaped garden you will find the free form pool with waterfall which is shared with the occupants of our 2 smaller cottages (at most there would be 8 people using the pool), loungers, chairs and tables. There is also a private sitting area to the other side of the property which is for the occupants of Starfish Cottage only. The property benefits from off street parking for 1 car.
The beautiful beach is just 200 feet away at the end of the quiet road. Numerous restaurants are also within easy walking distance and the free trolley bus is the perfect way to travel if you want to explore further without having to use a car.
Important Information - please read
- A security/damage deposit of $525.00 will be required in addition to any rental monies
- Sales and Resort tax (currently totalling 12%) will be applied to the rental price quoted below
- The security/damage deposit (and rental monies if less than 12 weeks to the arrival date) will be charged to your card at the time of booking
- The full rental monies (if not paid at the time of booking) will be charged to your card automatically 12 weeks prior to your arrival date
- The security/damage deposit is refundable on confirmation from the manager that everything is ok with the property and the key/s have been returned to the key safe

- Idyllic Holiday Properties is a UK based company. Non UK cardholders booking with us may be subject to a cross border fee applied by their card issuer. Unfortunately these charges are completely out of our control therefore it is your responsibility to check with your bank/card provider whether this will affect you
- If you have an assisted/support pet, it is essential you advise us immediately so we can allow additional time for cleaning before the next guests arrival
- French doors lead from the guest/twin bedroom directly to the pool area however alarms are fitted to these doors
- The pool is deep and unfenced
- The pool is shared with the occupants of Seahorse and Shell Cottages which means there would be a maximum of 8 people using it
- Beach towels are provided
- The grill is fuelled by charcoal
- There is off-road parking for 1 car and parking on the road is strictly prohibited (the City of Anna Maria will issue fines for vehicles parked incorrectly)
- We do not provide beach equipment however anything that has been left by previous guests is stored in the cupboard for future guests to use
- You will need to provide your own supply of household items (such as washing up liquid, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet tissue etc) as we only provide enough for the first day or so of your stay
- On arrival you will find a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a few packets of crisps to enjoy with our compliments, however we no longer provide tea, coffee, sugar etc. We will however leave any unopened food items which have been left by previous guests for the next guests to use
- For safety reasons we are not able to provide any baby equipment however there are numerous places on the island where such items car be hired
