Borboleta apartment is situated in the old part of this beautiful historical coastal town, putting you right at the heart of this sought-after location.
The apartment occupies the 2nd floor of a lovely old manor house (unfortunately there is no lift). It is very well furnished and equipped with everything we hope you would wish for including cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, Wi-FI and charcoal barbecue.
The spacious bedroom has a double bed (which cannot be separated to make twin beds) and the bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. In addition to the double bed, there is a single bunk bed above the cupboard in the bedroom (this is accessed via a wooden ladder) which is ideal for an older child.
The sofa can also be made as a double bed enabling the property to sleep up to 4 (please note it is not possible to use both the sofa-bed and the bunk bed).
You will be sent a form a few days after booking which will enable you to indicate your bed requirements.
The air conditioning unit provides heat for the chillier winter evenings.
The apartment benefits from the sun nearly all day as there is a large terrace to the front (accessed via the bedroom) offering street views and a smaller terrace to the rear with rooftop views.
The main centre of the town is just a few minutes walk away where you will find numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and the beach/marina is also within walking distance. Due to the fantastic central location of the apartment some noise is to be expected as people enjoy the vibrant holiday atmosphere that Lagos has to offer.
Unfortunately there is no dedicated parking for the apartment however there is free parking available at nearby car parks.

- A security/damage deposit of €450.00 will be required in addition to any rental monies
- The deposit (and rental monies if less than 12 weeks to the arrival date) will be charged to your card at the time of booking
- The full rental monies (if not paid at the time of booking) will be charged to your card automatically 12 weeks prior to your arrival date
- The security/damage deposit is refundable on confirmation from the manager that everything is ok with the property and the key/s have been returned to the key safe

- IMPORTANT RE INVOICES – Invoices are created at the time any monies are received and the details included on the invoice will be according to those you enter on the booking page. It is therefore essential you complete this information fully and accurately (your name and address will only print on the invoice if you NIF number is entered) including your company information if an invoice is required in your company name. It WILL NOT be possible to create a revised invoice due to incorrect/incomplete information being entered
- Idyllic Holiday Properties is a UK based company. Non UK cardholders booking with us may be subject to a cross border fee applied by their card issuer. Unfortunately these charges are completely out of our control therefore it is your responsibility to check with your bank/card provider whether this might affect you
- There is a very steep flight of steps leading to this apartment
- On arrival you will find a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar/sweetener and milk to enjoy with our compliments
- You will need to provide your own supply of household items (such as washing up liquid, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet tissue etc) as we only provide enough for the first day or so of your stay
- There is no allocated parking at this property however there is free parking available in nearby public car parks and along the beach front
