At the heart of the village this stunning property is in the most perfect location and has uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills and valleys. A truly tranquil spot yet just a few minutes drive away from fantastic sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and a lagoon surrounded by sand dunes.
This quaint property is very well furnished and equipped with everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday.
The bedroom has a King bed which can be separated into twin beds if preferred (you will be sent a form a few days after booking which will enable you to indicate your preference).
The property has the benefit of Fibre internet so we would expect you to receive good internet speeds but this is of course subject to the service provider.
There is a terrace to the front where you can dine whilst enjoying the sound of cow bells or relax on the hidden private roof terrace which is a suntrap throughout the year.

Important Information - please read
- A security/damage deposit of €400.00 will be required in addition to any rental monies
- The deposit (and rental monies if less than 12 weeks to the arrival date) will be charged to your card at the time of booking
- The full rental monies (if not paid at the time of booking) will be charged to your card automatically 12 weeks prior to your arrival date
- The security/damage deposit is refundable on confirmation from the manager that everything is ok with the property and the key/s have been returned to the key safe
- Our full booking terms can be found in our terms and conditions which are available at the bottom of the page
- IMPORTANT RE INVOICES – Invoices are created at the time any monies are received and the details included on the invoice will be according to those you enter on the booking page. It is therefore essential you complete this information fully and accurately (your name and address will only print on the invoice if you NIF number is entered) including your company information if an invoice is required in your company name. It WILL NOT be possible to create a revised invoice due to incorrect/incomplete information being entered
- Some banks/card providers may charge a foreign transaction fee for processing security/damage deposit and rental money transactions (this is likely to be due to our card processing facility being held in the UK). Unfortunately these charges are completely out of our control therefore it is your responsibility to check with your bank/card provider whether this might apply to you
- There are steep concrete steps leading to this property from the road and the entrance door is directly at the top of the steps. There is however a small picket gate at the top of the steps
- Due to a serious fire behind the properties, which resulted in residents living on the other side of the hill losing their homes, the use of barbecues is currently prohibited
- The mobile phone signal and internet service in the village can be unpredictable due to the remote location of the property
- On arrival you will find a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar/sweetener and milk to enjoy with our compliments
- You will need to provide your own supply of household items (such as washing up liquid, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet tissue etc) as we only provide enough for the first day or so of your stay
- There is no allocated parking at this property however there are some spaces just outside which you are welcome to use if available. Alternatively, it is possible to park along the track leading into the village
