A lovely 2 bed and 2 bath property just moments from the beach – sleeps up to 6.

Seabreeze Cottage is situated on a quiet road with access to the beach, via a leafy lane, just 200 feet away.

The property, which is accessed via a set of exterior steps, is very well furnished and equipped offering everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The master bedroom has a king bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a king and the family bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The sofa in the sitting room can also be made into a bed which allows the property to sleep up to 6 people.

As the property is built up on stilts it benefits from a lovely raised wooden deck area which is resonably private thanks to the palms trees and shrubs surrounding it. There is off street parking for 1 car (maybe 2 depending on size).

Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within easy walking distance and the free trolley bus stop is just a few minutes walk away which enables you to venture further afield on the island without having to use your car.

  • A security/damage deposit of $500.00 will be required in addition to any rental monies
  • Sales and Resort tax (currently totalling 12%) will be applied to the rental price quoted below
  • The security/damage deposit (and rental monies if less than 12 weeks to the arrival date) will be charged to your card at the time of booking
  • The full rental monies (if not paid at the time of booking) will be charged to your card automatically 12 weeks prior to your arrival date
  • The security/damage deposit is refundable on confirmation from the manager that everything is ok with the property and the key/s have been returned to the key safe

  • Idyllic Holiday Properties is a UK based company.  Non UK cardholders booking with us may be subject to a cross border fee applied by their card issuer.  Unfortunately these charges are completely out of our control therefore it is your responsibility to check with your bank/card provider whether this might affect you
  • If you have an assisted/support pet, it is essential you advise us immediately so we can allow additional time for cleaning before the next guests arrival
  • This property is accessed via a flight of external stairs
  • Beach towels are provided
  • The grill is fuelled by charcoal
  • There is off road parking for up to 2 cars (depending on size) and parking on the road is strictly prohibited (the City of Holmes Beach will issue fines for vehicles parked incorrectly)
  • We do not provide beach equipment however anything that has been left by previous guests is stored in the cupboard for future guests to use
  • You will need to provide your own supply of household items (such as washing up liquid, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet tissue etc) as we only provide enough for the first day or so of your stay
  • On arrival you will find a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a few packets of crisps to enjoy with our compliments however we no longer provide tea, coffee, sugar etc.  We will however leave any unopened food items which have been left by previous guests for the next guests to use
  • For safety reasons we are not able to provide any baby equipment however there are numerous places on the island where such items car be hired
